I feed cats to my reptiles all the time. It started with my neighbours cat that killed a few of my pet birds, my GF was upset about it, so I brought the cat in to see my Python Strangles. You just have to make sure that the cat doesn’t bite the snake, or scratch at the eyes, a good thump to the back of the head usually stuns them long enough for it not to be a problem. I just gave a young cat to my crocodile monitor the other day, he LOVED it.
