Slow Worm Lizard
Autotomia. Genus Anguis. 10-15 after accidental initiation, I realized I have a mobile phone in my pocket, since I do not use it often ,and even less for recording. At the start it was very intense. Imagine snake vigorously wriggling in a pain, except this is just tail of the limbless lizard , It was even not so easy to catch it at beginning, surprisingly vigorous and strong. I didn’t see the rest of the animal at all, since the vigorous movement effectively distracted me,as intended. Quite intense experience. Thanks for a lesson, nature. more info and video of more dynamic movement.: en.wikipedia.org
